2008 Book Fair Participation Form

After submitting this form you should receive a copy of it or confirmation by email within 72 hours. If you do not receive confirmation of your submission, the Bookfair Chair did not receive your form, and you should contact Deborah Schneider (please provide your phone number).

NOTE: If any of your titles are Print-On-Demand, Self-published, E-Published, or if you wish to supply your own books, please read through the Author-Supplied Books section before filling out the form.

We are pleased to donate a portion of the Bookfair proceeds to DAWN, Domestic Abuse Womens Network of South King County.

NOTE: Books ordered after August 25, 2008 are not guaranteed to be available for the conference.

Please provide the following information so our bookseller can order your books and properly account for the sales of your books.
All sales at the 2008 ECWC Bookfair must be made through Borders, who will collect Washington State sales taxes.

Due to space constraints, we are unable to have a bookroom during the ECWC, but reference books will be available for sale during the bookfair.

(NOTE: If bookseller is unable to obtain your titles, we will notify you so that alternative arrangements may be made.)

Author-Supplied Books

Borders cannot order POD or E-book titles. They also, cannot order self-published titles unless they are distributed through a major distribution house like Ingram or Partners West. If any of your titles fall under these categories, you may want to consider supplying your own books for the bookfair.

Please only fill in the release date column if your title has not yet been released but you expect it to be available in time for the bookfair.

If you wish to supply your own books for the bookfair, please contact our bookfair chair Deborah Schneider (please provide your phone number) after filling out the above form. Borders can sell your books on consignment and has special information that it needs to be able to do this. Consignment will be handled on a 60/40 split.. Please note that GSRWA will retain half of Borders 40% to donate to DAWN, Domestic Abuse Womens Network.
