Volunteers Wanted! -
* Be a part of the Mod Squad!
Want to moderate a workshop, but not sure who is presenting? Would you like a few extra minutes to chat about PR? Perhaps you need a little more help from a non-plotter? Want to find a little more spice in your story? We have all that and much, much more on the detailed list of workshops for 2008. The full workshop schedule is subject to change and will be made available in late July or early August. Sign up during registration to add your name to the list and be a part of the Mod Squad.
* Join the group H 5-Oh!
Do you want to help check people in at registration? Would you like to offer a ride between the airport and hotel for an editor or agent? Show off your water pouring skills during the Book Fair? Want to help out, but not sure who to contact? On your registration form, list some of the items you might like to do and we'll pass your name on to the Hospitality coordinator for more information.
Write the DAMN Book! Challenge -
Did you accept Cherry Adiar's Write the Damn Book! Challenge at the 2007 ECWC?
How are you doing? Finished already? GREAT! Almost there? You can do it!
Let us know how you're doing, and if you need words of encouragement, please add a note in the comment box at the very bottom of the form. We'll help cheer you to the finish.
Pre-buy Raffle Tickets -
This year the ECWC Conference Team is also offering raffle tickets for purchase during registration. This is a one time deal, during registration, to purchase raffle tickets ahead of time. The tickets purchased are added to your registration fee and can be paid with a credit card via PayPal. If you choose to pre-buy, Raffle Ticket vouchers will be included in your conference packet at check-in. Of course, we will still be selling tickets during the conference as we have in the past.
Do you have promotional items or Raffle Baskets to donate? -
The ECWC Conference Team would love to share the promotional items you've worked hard to create. Contact the Goody Bag Gals for the shipping address and other information.
Raffle Baskets are a wonderful part of our conference, and while many items are provided by regional businesses, most are provided by donations from authors or other RWA chapters. Maybe you items you'd like to donate for the Raffle Baskets or more than enough items to make a basket of your own. For Raffle questions questions contact the Raffle Basket Chairs for shipping and wish list information.
Ready to register. (Opens in a new window for your convenience)
Thank you,
