Registration Dates & Deadlines:

• Early bird registration closes July 31, 2010.
• The hotel block rate expires September 4, 2010.
• Registration closes September 14, 2010, or when filled.

Refunds and Return Check Policy:

• Refunds will be made, less a $25 processing fee, until September 4, 2010.
• Requests for refunds made between September 4, 2010 and September 14, 2010 will be made, less a $50 processing fee.
• Refunds after September 14, 2010 can be made for documented, serious medical reasons only (yourself or immediate family member), less a $50 processing fee.
• There is a $25 returned check fee.
