27th Annual Emerald City Writers’ Conference
October 14-16, 2016
Presented by Greater Seattle Romance Writers of America
Early Bird Registration ends 15 July 2016
Eight Reasons to Register During Early Bird Registration
1. You will get to stream Love Between the Covers
For those who register on or before July 8th, they will be sent a viewing code to watch the industry insider documentary Love Between the Covers. The code will be good for two full days, July 9th & 10th , for access to an online, private screening of Love Between the Covers.
2. Conference will be cheaper.
Conference rate is $20 cheaper for all attendees on or before July 15th.
3. The hotel will (most likely) be much cheaper.
The rooms available at the Westin Bellevue at a discounted conference rate will book quickly. We often book our entire reserved block well before conference. As of June 4th we are just under halfway booked for our room block.
4. It is your best chance to get the Editor and Agent you ask for.
Every year we make our best effort to get all attendees at least their first choice and most get their second as well. When we assign editor and agent appointments they are done in the order attendees registered with the first registrants getting first selection.
5. It is your best chance to get the volunteer positions you want.
All volunteer positions for conference, to include moderators, are assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you have one of our amazing presenters you really want to meet, register early and moderate their session. There are dozens of volunteer opportunities and to get the best pick you will need to get your requests in early.
6. Master Class is $10 cheaper.
After July 15th, the Friday morning conference add-on Master Class presented by Beth Barany: Building Rapport with Your Readers, using Specificity for Emotional Connection is $10 more.
7. Paper Checks.
If you wish to pay by check they are only accepted during early bird registration.
So what are you waiting for?
Go register, save your money, book your room, and get your goodies!
Even if you don’t register early, every conference registration includes:
