As a writer, monthly meetings are the best way to pump yourself up and become reacquainted with the Muse. RWA meetings are open to chapter members, guests and visitors. Since our members dues support the costs of hosting these meetings, we ask that visitors join our organization after one or two visits if they'd like to continue with these great presentations!

Community Center at Mercer Island
I-90 Eastbound from Seattle:
Take exit #7A, 77th Ave SE. Turn left across the freeway. At stop sign turn right onto North Mercer Way. Go one long block to the stop light. Go straight though the stop light. Turn left onto 81st Avenue SE. Turn right onto SE 24th Street. The Community Center is two blocks up on your left.
I-90 Westbound from Bellevue:
Take exit #7, Island Crest Way. Continue straight ahead. Turn right on 81st Avenue SE. Turn right on SE 24th Street. The Community Center is two blocks up on your left.

Federal Way Regional Library
From I-5 North or South:
On I-5 coming from the north or south, take exit 142B (towards Puyallup). Turn right at the bottom of the off-ramp on to Highway 18 (which shortly becomes S. 348th). Go approximately 1.5 miles to 1st South and turn right. The library is up about three blocks on your right.
Getting here by bus:
Metro Transit — Our location is served by bus 903 but can also be reached with a short walk from bus 182.

Shoreline Library
From I-5 North or South:
Take the NE 175th St. exit, (exit #176). Go east on NE 175th St. The Shoreline Library is on the right side of NE 175th, (on the corner of NE 175th St. and 5th Ave NE).
From Highway 520 or I-90 (Eastside):
Go west to I-5 Northbound, then follow the instructions for I-5 N.
Metro Bus Routes 347 and 348 go by the Shoreline Library.

Factoria Mall Meeting Room
From I-405, North and South:
Take the Coal Creek Parkway exit.
At the light, head east (or away from Lake Washington).
At the second light (after Newport High School), take a left onto Factoria Way.
Go two lights, the mall is on the left.
Park on the south side of the mall near Mervyns. The meeting room is located inside the mall, across from Jay Jacobs.
Parking is free!
Bellevue Library
Getting to the Bellevue Library from the North:
Get on southbound 405
Take the NE 8th Exit (Exit 13B)
Follow the sign for NE 8th--West
Stay in the right-hand lane.
Getting to the Bellevue Library from the South:
Get on northbound 405
Take the NE 8th Exit (Exit 13B)
Follow the sign for NE 8th--West .
When you're on NE 8th (heading west) and you've gone over the overpass, get in the right-hand lane when you can.
Directions once you're on NE 8th (everyone):
From NE 8th, turn right at 110th Ave. NE
The library is at the corner of 110th Ave.
NE and NE 10th Street.
There is ample parking in the rear of the library. There is also a small lower level parking garage.
A fun side note: There is a Red Robin on NE 8th, as well as a number of other nearby restaurants, for those interested in getting a bite to eat before or after the meeting.

The Shoreline Conference Center is located in Shoreline WA, about a 20 minute drive north of Downtown Seattle and 30 minutes South of Everett. The street address for the Shoreline Conference Center is:
