Hi All!
Here's to October! Hope you found the conference to be just as enlightening as I did. The conference was outstanding with so many workshops to choose from I found it difficult to select just one. All comments from participants have been positive, some felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices, but I think overall, it was a tremendous learning experience for everyone! The keynote speakers were fabulous, I walked away feeling truly inspired, that I too, can make it as a writer!
This month I'm focusing on the submission process and any tips I can bring you for perfecting your work.
Upcoming events include November's Synopsis Boot Camp and the Chapter Elections. If you wish to run for an office, the deadline is fast approaching to get your name in. The process will begin after October 14 and ballots will be mailed out in November!
I've sent out 90 "interview" e-mails and letters to agents with the survey questions some of you suggested. As I get information back I'll post them in the newsletter.
